Shipping Policy

Equss Australia only ships orders to Australia. Enjoy Free Shipping with us.

All orders placed are generally processed the same or the next business day.

Australia-wide orders are shipped by Australia Post’s express postal service and are dispatched from Sydney, Australia

​

As a general rule, orders placed prior to 5:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) will usually ship the following business day. A tracking no. will be provided by email either prior to shipping or once your order has shipped.

NOTE: timings are estimates. We do not take responsibility for additional delays that are outside the control of Australia Post that may extend the delivery timing.

Please be noted that VAT and all Taxes are not included.

 

All deliveries will need to be signed for. Under no other circumstances will we allow for parcels to be left outside your delivery location unsigned.

International Warranty

The international warranty covers materials, workmanship, and manufacturing defects, based on EQUSS's inspection and sole determination.

This warranty does not cover the loss of any stones, the life of the battery, depreciation of the electroplated colors, loss or damage resulting from excessive wear and tear, and/ or physical/ accidental abuse, loss, and theft.

EQUSS uses 925 Sterling Silver and precious metals like gold, rose gold, and rhodium for the plating, which can be affected by exposure to heat, humidity, or in contact with other harmful substances, such as perfume or chemicals.

EQUSS is not responsible for any external elements to the detriment of the products. Third-party other than EQUSS repairing or any modification to the item will void this warranty.

Customers are required to arrange for the shipment of products including the copies of purchasing receipt and the warranty card to our repairing center.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and insurance is highly recommended.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you received the product damaged, please send it back in its original packaging within 5 working days from the date of delivery of your order as indicated by the postmark. You must include the delivery note. If the claim is justified, the buyer will receive a recovery either in exchange or reimbursement.

All returns must be unworn and in new condition. All tags and packaging must be included as well.
